Editor’s Notes: As opposed to its usual series of collaborations, adidas Consortium is focusing on a string of in-house releases for this season. Here, we get a look at one such drop with the latest colorway of the Runner 4D Mid.

The Runner 4D Mid utilizes the brand's revolutionary Carbon 4D tooling, as Carbon 4D is the world's first high-performance midsole to feature adidas' Digital Light Synthesis technology, created from light, air, and more than 20,000 struts that can be individually tuned to improve control on energy return. The upper of the Runner 4D Mid is then crafted from breathable Primeknit, here showcased in white and off-white shades. Embroidered detailing appears on the heel and Three Stripes, while the 4D midsole boasts its signature ash green hue.
