The YEEZY 1020v Boot's upper features a protective layer that is opened and closed via a zip that runs from the top of the tongue to the middle of the forefoot. Its upper is also engulfed in what looks like a rubber mold that has a heavily lugged outsole. Continental branding on the back of the heel confirms that adidas has tapped its longtime partner to construct a grippy outsole, seen previously on the Ultraboost.

Still no word yet on when (or even if) this design will be released, though it was initially available for purchase when it surfaced on GOAT earlier this year. That suggests there are pairs that have made their way onto the market and could point to a release at some point this year.
