Geneva-based watchmaking workshop Artisans de Genève looks to the autumnal colors of Lake Blausee and its serenity as inspiration for the "La Blausee" Gold, which is the second reinterpretation of the skeleton Daytona with a manual winding movement. The lavish timepiece was in development for two years, as the new barre makes the self-winding movement possible.

Boasting a 72-hour power reserve, the "La Blausee" Gold provides a similar performance as an automatic movement. Furthermore, the 4130 caliber is completely skeletonized, sandblasted, and beveled by hand, while the Everose gold serves to magnify the skeleton movement. The case features Millerighe pushers as a nod to the first Daytonas, while the ceramic bezel references the colors of Blausee.
