A$AP Rocky is the latest rapper to get in on the NFT game. Azealia Banks dropped her 24-minute audio sex album, 2 Chainz, Jack Harlow, Lil Baby, and Quavo minted digital basketballs for NBA All-Star Weekend and now Flacko is releasing his first-ever NFT collection via Nifty Gateway.

Yesterday, the AWGE Shopping Network announced that the collection — comprising “select pieces” as well as a snippet of an unreleased track titled “Sandman” — is slated to drop at 7 PM EST on April 21. Rocky performed the track on top of the rooftop of Ali 2023 Deli Grocery in Harlem as part of the virtual “YAMS DAY 2021.”  Check it out below.

By purchasing the NFT, fans will also be entered into a raffle to win one of the vehicles from his Injured Generation Tour or a studio visit to listen to Rocky’s upcoming studio album.

It's a nice idea, but most of us would prefer that the 32-year-old rapper simply release the album, instead.
