Editor’s Notes: Balenciaga's new Fall/Winter 2020 campaign highlights a new range of accessories with eye-rolls, frowns, and exasperated energy. The images show leather phone holders, hourglass-shaped handbags, and the latest Balenciaga footwear silhouette, the divisive Zen Sneaker.
In contrast to the acrimony seen in the campaign above, the brand also released a new video filmed in Berlin, which proposes an extremely – almost ironically – heartfelt and tender expression of luxury fashion.
