Double Tap to Zoom

Can you believe this year marks 30 years of A Bathing Ape? Wild, right? But it's true. NIGO launched the brand in 1993, and the rest is, well, history.

In celebration of its milestone anniversary, the Japanese brand tapped one of its longtime collaborators to help ring in its 30th: adidas.

For their latest collab, BAPE and adidas will revisit the Campus 80 sneaker. If you recall, the duo tackled the silhouette a couple of times in the past (a three-way release with UNDEFEATED included).

A deep navy shade takes over the suede upper of the newest collaborative Campus 80. While a white leather STA provides some contrast on the upper, gilded details — the lace dubrae and A Bathing Ape branding — pop up elsewhere.

On Instagram, BAPE teased the new adidas collaboration, which release on April 1 on BAPE's website and at select retail locations . While there were no signs of a sneaker in the teaser video, hashtags at the end of the post hinted at a Campus collab.

Prior to BAPE and adidas' reveal, images of the Campus 80 leaked online alongside shots of a Forum Low decorated in BAPE's ABC Camo (like the 2021 Superstar 80s collab).

Again, images of the Forums are merely speculation until we get hard confirmation from BAPE and adidas. However, the brands revealed that have four other "projects" up their sleeves, set to release throughout the year.
