Beyoncé Parfums is back.

A year after launching Cé Noir, loosely inspired by Beyoncé's Renaissance album, the mega-star's fragrance venture has announced a new scent: Cé Lumière.

Available for pre-order at Beyoncé's official website (shipping begins in November), the fragrance includes notes of black pepper, patchouli, jasmine, and musk. Information beyond its notes remains a mystery — social media posts teasing the new scent don't elaborate on its inspiration or backstory.

That said, the fragrance's name — lumière is the French word for "light" — and preliminary visuals that depict an illuminated a perfume bottle suggest it has something to do with the sun.

It's been a booked and busy 2024 for Beyoncé. In February, she debuted her hair care brand, Cécred, a line of curl-friendly products. August saw the star announce SirDavis, a whiskey brand created with Moët Hennessy. A month later, Bey followed with a Levi's partnership piggybacking on her Cowboy Carter song, "LEVII'S JEANS."

Beyoncé is, of course, no stranger to the business of fragrance. She launched her first scent, Heat, back in 2010, a success that birthed several flankers including Heat Rush, Heat Seduction, and Heat Wild Orchid.

When Cé Noir released in 2023, it marked her first new fragrance in a decade. Cé Lumière seems to suggest that Beyoncé Parfums is an ongoing venture that will introduce a new scent each year — and that the celebrity fragrance boom is far from over.
