After confirming more than one billion guns in its initial teaser, Borderlands 3, the highly-anticipated video game from Gearbox Software, finally has a confirmed release date -- September 13.

The announcement was revealed in a new trailer featured above. Additionally, the clip is also filled with lots of Easter eggs, gameplay reveals, character highlights, and much more. However, to get an in-depth look at Borderlands 3, be sure to tune in to the Gameplay Reveal Event on May 1 at Borderlands' website, where Gearbox will debut the first hands-on look at the game.

Borderlands 3 arrives on PS4, Xbox One and PC on September 13, just ahead of the franchise’s 10th anniversary. It's worth noting that the PC version will be an Epic Games Store exclusive for the first six months on sale.
