Double Tap to Zoom

At this point Kanye West's Sunday Service has become a celebrity rite of passage. This time the rapper took the event on the road again, bringing the service to Watts, California, where Brad Pitt joined the weekly worship to witness an especially exciting performance by West.

According to TMZ, this isn't the first time Brad Pitt has attended Sunday Service. Photos posted by fans show Pitt and Ye sharing a smiling conversation at the event. The actor joined a large crowd of fans and celebrities including L.A. Reid, Adrienne Bailon, Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian.

Pitt and the rest of the congregation were treated to a holy rendition of Travis Scott's "Sicko Mode." The song boast Drakes famous "Checks over stripes" line which was reportedly a diss targeted at the adidas-affiliated West. But in true Church fashion, Ye let bygones be bygones putting a gospel spin on the hit record. Check out a snippet of West's cover below.

West's new album Jesus Is King is supposedly due on September 27, so expect more gospel-infused hits from the rapper.

On this episode of The Dropcast, we are joined by Pat Peltier, founder and designer of bootleg-inspired brand Bandulu. They go through the week's latest drops, including the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike By You Blazers, Stone Island's fall collection, and our latest drop with Chinatown Market.
