Kim Jones' Dior Homme has always skewed a little streetwear. Such is the nature of a designer like Jones, whose couture-level craft has always been anchored by his background in casual graphic flair.

With his Dior Spring/Summer 2025 menswear collection, Jones pushes that always-present element of his design language a little further into the forefront.

There's ample evidence of this being a Kim Jones Dior collection, what with the many slick collarless blazers, knit vests, pleated slacks, and artful buttons created in collaboration with ceramic artist Hylton Nel, Dior's primary creative partner for SS25.

Jones' prior Dior collections would often lightly indulge his streetwear inclinations — a high-profile collaboration here, a statement sneaker there — and SS25 plays into this by amping up a few key extant elements. But tastefully, you know?

Notice the shoes, for instance: Dior has long since tinkered with sporty sneakers but Jones' SS25 trek-inspired footwear is especially weighty, 3D-printed for lightness despite their imposing size.

Nel's artwork, cheekily vivid, is splashed across sweaters and shirts with artful flair. One oversized handbag wears a hand-scrawled slogan: "Dior for my real friends."

Jones' Dior Homme designs often lean formal, even as the designer deconstructs potential stiffness by cutting loose-fitting clothes from flowing wool.

SS25 limbers up even further with some understated playfulness. Woven hats are crocheted with single-letter logos, wide shorts wear pockets outlined in vibrant hues, primary color charms dangle from crocodile leather handbags.

There's an air of gentle whimsy afoot, ever so slightly more present than normal.

Even still, you can easily step back and take it all in as classic Kim Jones-era Dior.
