Double Tap to Zoom

Donald Glover made an unexpected return to Twitter this week to share some even more surprising news that he's got a musical project in the works and that seasons three and four of his hit show Atlanta are slated to arrive as well.

On Friday, the reclusive artist tweeted, "Last music project was probably my best,” referencing the Ariana Grande and 21 Savage-featuring 3.15.20 album which dropped earlier this year. He continued, “But the one coming will be my biggest by far.”

And that's not all. The musician, actor, and showrunner also used the moment to let fans know that the long-awaited third and fourth seasons of Atlanta are in the pipeline as well. “While [I'm] here," he wrote, "'Atlanta’ s3+s4 are going to be some of the best television ever made. sopranos only ones who can touch us.”

After two years of waiting, Atlanta season 3 was scheduled to release in January 2021 but production was pushed back due to coronavirus.

Donald wrapped up his stream of tweets with another unusual tweet for him: “there is a lot (of magic) comin. yall thought i was hot in 2018.” And we're excited.
