The PUMA Speedcat sneaker is great. It's even better faded.

We can thank Hong Kong retailer and brand GROCERY for serving up PUMA's latest and greatest Speedcat sneaker, which sees the classic racing shoe pre-aged to lived-in perfection.

To create its beautifully desaturated Speedcat sneakers, GROCERY used a special wash treatment that helped create a satisfying green gradient for the it-sneakers' faded suede uppers.

It's still the same reborn PUMA Speedcat, complete with the shoe's famously slim, low-profile silhouette. It's just now flavorfully faded by GROCERY. To commemorate their bespoke iterations, the shoes even come with a GROCERY-branded lace dubrae.

Again, there's nothing quite like the Speedcat in its classic form.

However, PUMA has released a few solid renditions lately, including leather ballet styles and even Mid versions that resemble racing boots.

The Grocery x PUMA Speedcat sneaker is simply another (faded) gem for the collection, one of many great Speedcats that deserve a wide release.

However, Grocery's gloriously washed PUMA shoes are sadly not an easy cop unless you're in Hong Kong, where GROCERY is based.
