Grotesk Celebrates Lo Heads With 'Stadium 1992' Sculpture

In 2014, Swiss-born, Brooklyn-based Kimou “Grotesk” Meyer captured the unmistakable Polo look with his "Snow Beach" sculpture. Now the artist is back paying homage to the Lo-Life movement with his new "Stadium 1992" figure.

The wooden piece is hand sculpted and painted, featuring brass teeth and standing 48 centimeters tall. Signed and numbered, Grotesk's "Stadium 1992" comes in a wooden, screen-printed custom box, limited to just 20 units.
