The next iPhone might double as a wireless charger, according to a research note by Apple analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo.

The new iPhones reportedly will come with a bilateral charging function, meaning that the phone will be able to charge other devices wirelessly, acting as a kind of charging pad. This kind of charging technology already exists as part of Apple's new AirPower, used to charge its Qi-compliant products.

Apple Insider reported that Kuo believes the top-end model will include “triple-lens camera system with wide, telephoto, and ultra-wide options.” It unclear whether these features will make there way down to the 5.8- and 6.5-inch OLED models.

It's predicted that Apple will announce this year's fresh batch of iPhones in September, with the devices arriving in stores shortly afterward.
