J Balvin's sunset-inspired Jordans are on the horizon. After casually revealing the new sneakers during a hoop sesh with Jimmy Butler, J Balvin's second Jordan 3 "Rio" sneaker collaboration is finally ready to shine.

J Balvin's newest Jordan 3 sneaker continues the story of his previous AJ3 by paying another homage to his beautiful hometown, Medellín, Columbia.

The 2023 Jordan 3 collab delivered a delectable vintage-looking white exterior with bursts of sunset-inspired colors. The stunning color palette echoed Medellin's mountainous landscapes and its captivating views during the nighttime transition.

The 2024 J Balvin x Jordan 3 sneaker again draws inspiration from Medellín's pleasing sunsets but with a more "nightfall-inspired" paint job, as Nike puts it. Instead, the latest iteration comes doused in jet black, followed up with those sunset-y splashes around the bottom.

Aside from the new nighttime color swap, J Balvin's new Jordan 3 shoe maintains the exact details as its predecessor. Expect the classic elephant print toppings, dual-branded insoles, and J Balvin's lightning-eyed smiley to appear again on the latest.

J Balvin's Jordans are more than just excellent, colorful sneakers (some of which light up with a touch of a button). They reflect the musician's journey, from his infectiously energetic stage presence to mental health stories.

The newest Jordan 3 is even more personal than the first, not only touching on J Balvin's Columbian roots but also his family life. ICYMI: J Balvin named the Jordan 3 sneakers "Rio" after the musician's baby boy.

The Jordan 3 sneakers also come in this exclusive packaging with a motivational message: "A sunset always reminds me, a new day full of opportunity is coming." Amen.

The opportunity to cop J Balvin's long-awaited Jordan 3 "Rio" sneakers has arrived. The pairs will finally launch on May 22 on Nike's SNKRS app

Our cover alum has now tackled the Jordan 1, Jordan 2, and two Jordan 3 sneakers so far. The question is: will Mr. Balvin go three-for-three with a third Jordan 3 sneaker or continue in numerical order with a Jordan 4 collab?

The fourth Jordan model is having a great year as is, and a J Balvin spin would make it even brighter.
