Maroon 5 Expected to Perform at Super Bowl LIII
Super Bowl LIII is scheduled for February 3, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia, and Maroon 5 has been slotted to headline the historic halftime show, reports Variety.
Variety points out that Adam Levine and the crew garner mainstream appeal, especially with standout collaborations with other artists like Cardi B on "Girls Like You," SZA with "What Lovers Do," Future on "Cold" and "Don’t Wanna Know" with Kendrick Lamar, which could potentially open the door for similar appearances during the halftime show.
Maroon 5 follows 2018 halftime performer Justin Timberlake, while other recent artists to headline the halftime show include Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Coldplay, and Bruno Mars.
