Double Tap to Zoom

Highsnobiety’s is back for another takeover, but this time we're swapping the streets of Paris, Milan, and New York for something decidedly more alpine. This year, the spotlight landed on St. Moritz, where crisp mountain air and pristine slopes set the stage for a weekend of winter luxury.

The weekend began long before the first ski lift moved: guests from around the world landed in Milan and were collected by Maserati—our official car brand for the weekend—for a journey up the mountains in a fleet of Grecales wrapped in custom branding. Each arrival was orchestrated: valets met guests at the airport, guided them to their cars, and navigated the winding passes toward the Kulm Hotel. By the time the alpine skyline appeared, the weekend was already in motion.

The Kulm Hotel, long associated with alpine elegance, provided a base from which the weekend unfolded. From the snowline to the valley floor, the Grecales were present at every juncture, visible but never dominant—a running commentary on mobility, style, and luxury in action. The cars were used, photographed, and interacted with, forming part of the guest experience rather than merely occupying space.

Once settled, the schedule mixed sport, leisure, and social moments. Mornings began with skiing under bright alpine skies, followed by curated gastronomic experiences in local restaurants. Afternoons offered downtime: spa treatments, lounge spaces, and the chance to explore St. Moritz on foot. Dinners were long, as were chats, and a few rounds of karaoke even made it onto the agenda post-dessert.

Maserati’s Grecale proved perfectly suited to St. Moritz. On the region’s winding, snow-lined roads, the SUV combined performance, stability, and handling, offering a driving experience that was both controlled and responsive. Its all-wheel drive and advanced suspension handled steep inclines and sharp turns with confidence, while the cabin delivered the comfort and refinement expected of a luxury vehicle.

Beyond performance, the Grecale’s design and presence matched the environment: a polished, modern silhouette that fit naturally against the alpine backdrop without feeling out of place. Spacious interiors and thoughtful amenities allowed guests to travel in comfort, whether moving between the Kulm Hotel, ski slopes, or local dining spots. Maserati’s combination of comfort, performance, and luxury made it not just a mode of transport, but a practical component of the weekend, capable of meeting the demands of alpine terrain while maintaining an elevated guest experience.

Tuckered out from a weekend in St. Moritz, guests piled back into their Maseratis and descended the mountain. The Grecale handled the winding alpine roads with ease, combining stability, traction, and comfort for a smooth ride back to Milan.
