After blessing the world with a few Samba collaborations, Lionel Messi moves on to adidas' second Samba-level star with a very clean take on the trusty Gazelle.

The Messi x adidas Gazelle is part of the "Triunfo Dorado" collection, which means "Gold Triumph." Basically, adidas has come up with another way of celebrating Messi's worldwide G.O.A.T. status in soccer (or football, as most of the world calls it) with collaborative shoes aplenty.

Messi and adidas' "Triunfo Dorado" offering also included gilded soccer cleats, which look quite good. But with folks obsessed with Samba-like flat shoes like the Gazelle, all attention naturally ought to be pointed at Messi's take on the classic flat-soled sneakers and for good reason.

Messi's adidas Gazelles are objectively attractive, wrapped in eco-friendly lush beige suede and topped with creamy black leather details that lend the subtle sneakers a touch of contrast.

There's also that nicely-molded buttery tongue providing an excellent added touch, a quietly stylish detail mirroring previous Messi Sambas.

And also like the soccer star's Sambas, the Gazelles are complete with Messi's logo and gold branding on the sidewall, sign-offs which will probably seal the deal on copping for Messi fans. Who could complain?

Lucky for the Messi hive, the Inter Miami icon's adidas Gazelle sneakers are now available on adidas' website and select mass sneaker retailers like Foot Locker.

Act fast, though: Several sizes of Messi's latest adidas shoe have already been snatched up by folk. They're too good to last! Hopefully a Miami-themed iteration is en route — pink Gazelles would be a great look.

With the man regarded as the greatest-ever footballer taking on adidas' most beloved soccer models, it's safe to say that German sportswear label gets it. The Messi Gazelle was a winner even before it hit the pitch.
