Editor’s Notes: Needles may be known for its steezy tracksuits, but that's not all the Japanese label is bringing to the table this season. The Japanese brand's latest collection also includes non-sporty pieces that have caught the attention of Highsnobiety staffers in a big way.

Having recently linked up with Vans on a pair of crushed velvet slip-on sneakers, Needles' latest collection is perfect for the colder months now upon us. Made up of a range of cozy yet bold fall essentials, from down jackets and mohair sweaters to fleeces and pants, it marks a bit of a departure from the label's usual output.

Favorites of ours from Needles' FW18 collection include its more statement pieces. The leopard-print down jacket and mohair cardigans are sure to turn heads all season, while a distressed flannel shirt with vintage inserts on the front sets this collection apart from other fall casualwear lines.

The collection indicates that Needles is way more than a one-trick-pony, killing it on every front from apparel to sneakers. With price tags ranging from $285 to $1,250, the new pieces are available to add to cart now at Slam Jam Socialism.
