Netflix just released the trailer for its long-awaited docu-series The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann, which releases tomorrow, March 15.

The documentary explores the infamous disappearance of 3-year-old Madeleine McCann in May 2007. The McCann family were on holiday in Portugal when parents Gerry and Kate left Madeleine and her two younger twin siblings sleeping in their holiday apartment, while they dined with friends in a restaurant 180 feet away. The McCanns checked on their children periodically, and discovered Madeleine missing at 10pm. What followed became one of the world's most publicized missing person cases.

Netflix's docu-series was commissioned in 2017. While it does not feature the McCanns, it includes archival news footage, reenactments, and interviews with over 40 people, including friends of the family as well as journalists and investigators.

The Disappearance of Madeleine McCann is directed by Chris Smith, who also directed Fyre: The Greatest Party that Never Happened. It will be available to stream on Netflix tomorrow.
