New Balance's Fresh Foam Trainer can pretty much do it all. It's a walking shoe. It's a runner. It's also a pretty pink everyday flex.

The latest "Pink Stone" colorway certainly checks the latter box. It sees the chunky-soled performance model wrapped in these pleasing pale pink colors, showcasing a softer side of the model.

But don't let the pretty looks fool you. New Balance's Fresh Foam sneakers, which include the Trainer and its many siblings, are very stylish, yes. Some Fresh Foam models have even enjoyed spins from legit fashion brands like GANNI and District Vision.

But these New Balance sneakers carry some serious HOKA-level cargo. With the Fresh Foam Trainer specifically, it features the line's signature nicely beefed-up sole infused with New Balance's own foam cushioning.

The Boston brand continues to introduce fresh (foam) flavors for the season. We've already met those "blueberry" pairs. Now, it's time for the "Stone Pink" Fresh Foam Trainers, which are available on the brand's website for $140.
