What We’re Saying: Louis Vuitton and Nigo's partnership dubbed Louis Vuitton² is the gift that keeps on giving, and now the second collaboration is about to hit stores.

Among the pieces is the LV Trainer, which has been reimagined by Nigo himself. Arriving with an all-white upper in calf leather, printed with the collaborative "LV MADE" logo and heart-shaped Louis Vuitton² logo in red.

Simple, yet effective, the shoe merges Nigo's unique Japanese street culture influences with Louis Vuitton's exceptional craftsmanship to create what might just become the perfect shoe. Of course, LV's signature logo also makes an appearance.

Nigo's sophomore collection with Virgil Abloh and Louis Vuitton brought a handful of bold accessories, as well as tailored apparel combining Western 1950s and '60s tailoring with Japanese influences. Prep uniforms, emblazoned blazers, chinos, and trunks are only some of the pieces from the must-have collection.

It is easy to see why Nigo is a master of collaboration, always managing to perfectly insert himself into any partnership, whether it is fashion or elsewhere – especially sneakers, previously partnering with adidas. His unique touch and successful work with LVMH also recently landed him the position as Kenzo's new creative director, and is guaranteed to bring new life into the label.

If you're looking to get your hands on the Nigo x Louis Vuitton "LV MADE" trainers, they arrive alongside the Spring/Summer 2022 collection and retail at £920.
