Nike's Cortez sneaker gets even deeper into its fashion bag, appearing in a new polka-dot leather outfit for an upcoming release.

Something about the newest chic Cortez sneaker feels very COMME des GARÇONS. Perhaps, it's because the luxury label once designed polka-dotted Converse Chuck Taylors, released through its PLAY imprint.

Not to mention, CdG also cooked up mega-platformed Cortez sneakers in the past.

The polka-dot Nike Cortez sneaker strikes a perfect balance between classic and couture, something CdG has long mastered with its own collections and Nike collaborations.

The Nike model features creamy leather, topped with velvety suede accents and slick patent oversized dots all over. And it's all bathed in the classic "Triple Black" colorway, which, altogether, feel straight from the CdG handbook.

But this stylish Cortez was all Nike.

It joins a few other fashionable Cortez sneakers, like delicious suede iterations and impressive textural pairs by the Serena Williams Design Crew.

But for those interested in a CdG-style Cortez, the newest polka-dot pairs are expected to drop on Nike's website this summer.
