Dunk hype may have reached its peak last summer, but releases aren’t slowing down any time soon as Nike continues to democratize the silhouette. Over the weekend, leaked images fired up rumors that a “Flip the Old School” Nike Dunk Low will be released soon.

The sneaker, which features an asymmetric/mismatched purple and white color scheme, is inspired by the “City Attack” and “Reverse City Attack” Nike Dunk Highs from 1999, both of which also featured a purple and white color scheme.

This year’s drop combines both colorways. The right shoe features a white base with purple faux ostrich skin overlays, while the left shoe features a purple base with white faux ostrich skin overlays and an upside-down Swoosh. The sneakers arrive wrapped in box paper, which forms a shroud over both shoes that can be ripped off.

Currently, there is no indication as to when this project will be released, though the existence of official Nike product images suggests that a drop could be upon us soon. As always, stay tuned for updates.
