Editor's Notes: When PUMA comes to mind, most think of classic sneakers — perhaps the Suede, the California, or the Slipstream. Sex appeal isn't the first thing one associates with the sports-forward footwear giant, but Palomo Spain is on a mission to put the provocation in performance wear.

Known for its flashy, maximalist designs, the luxury label puts an androgynous, '70s-inspired spin on PUMA apparel and footwear, offerings lensed in a totally risqué campaign.

Flared track suits are disco-athletic, while skintight turtlenecks and knit polos are rendered in indulgent earth tones. In sneakers, PUMA's Nitefox is transformed into the Nitefox loafer, a fringed, chunky-heeled loafer.

Even more statement-making is the Nitefox boot, a taller version of the loafer that stretches to the mid-calf. For more austere dressers, Palomo Spain updates the Weekend low-top in a clean cream.

Accessories also stand out. A leather bowling bag and a baguette-shaped shoulder bag, emblazoned with a co-branded Palomo Spain x PUMA emblem, are the perfect balance of sport and polish.

Somehow, the collaborators managed to create a collection seemingly dreamt up by a Gucci-era Tom Ford. Is that a sneaker or are you just happy to see me?
