Birkenstock has been on a collaborative tear in recent months, having worked with the likes of KITH, Rick Owens, Concepts, and Tuscany’s iconic Hotel Il Pellicano, among others. Now the brand is gearing up for yet another joint release, this time alongside Stefano Pilati and Random Identities.

Random Identities announces six new and original variations of Birkenstock's iconic Arizona sandal, offered in various materials and prints. In speaking in the collaboration, Pilati, Chief Creative Officer, Random Identities, had this to say:

“How can I not respect the legacy of a more than two centuries old brand such as Birkenstock? How could I not be thrilled to participate in it with Random Identities? The opportunity to collaborate with Birkenstock, for me, is an honor and I wanted to pay tribute by designing an offering of styles that I would love to wear myself.”

According to Birkenstock CEO Oliver Reichert, the striking design of the project immediately left a lasting impression.

For now, all we have is the on-hand preview of Random Identities's Birkenstock Arizona collab, which is scheduled to launch in December at select retailers worldwide. Check back here for additional info on the release as we near the drop date.
