Double Tap to Zoom

American electronic dance music fans, promoters, and DJs just felt the sharp end of Sacha Baron Cohen's trolling stick in his new series Who Is America?, Billboard reports.

Meeting with a local DJ manager, Jake "Inphamous" Hermelo, Cohen posed as a British ex-convict who goes by the name DJ Solitary. He arrived equipped with a fake backstory and track, which was secretly produced by TNGHT's Hudson Mohawke.

The track, to summarize, is awful — it's filled with samples of toilet flushes, vomiting, and stabbing. Hermelo, however, dubs it a "masterpiece." It's pretty cringe. Watch below.

Of course, Hermelo and America's EDM scene aren't the only ones to have been shamed on Cohen's new new show. Previous episodes have seen pro-gun activists biting dildos, Joe Arpaio talking golden showers, Roy Moore scanned with a "pedophile detector," politicians citing Cardi B as a reason to arm kids, and many other face-palm inducing antics.
