Editor's Notes: The XT-Whisper feels like what the XT-6 was a few years ago, which is to say it's the kind of sneaker you might start seeing everywhere soon. After the bright red pair from a few weeks back, this iridescent green finish hits a much sweeter spot. Technical enough for the trail, understated enough for everyday summer fits, this release exemplifies the balance Salomon does best.

Editor's Notes: Whoever decided navy and black don't belong together might want to reconsider. Rassvet takes the understated Tennis Classic and gives it a refined skate-ready makeover through premium materials and subtle details.
New Balance Abzorb 1890A

Editor's Notes: Sometimes all it takes is the right combination of textures. The soft yellow python-effect upper against the oversized black sole makes this one of the most interesting color combinations we've seen in a while. There's even something vaguely Clarks-inspired about the shape, whether intentional or not, no complaints either way.
Salomon ACS PRO-A-COLD-WALL

Editor's Notes: Samuel Ross continues to prove that technical footwear can still feel avant-garde and experimental, without compromising on wearabilty. Rather than reinventing the ACS Pro, ACW strips it back and rebuilds it through floating panels, asymmetrical lacing, and raw industrial finishes.

Editor's Notes: At first glance, the metallic silver upper makes this feel like a difficult sneaker to pull off. In reality, the streamlined football-inspired shape keeps it surprisingly wearable. Throw them on with wide denim or track pants and suddenly the bold finish feels a lot more natural than you'd expect.

Editor's Notes: Not every sneaker needs an oversized sole or a backstory on how it once did or is about to revolutionize footwear. The Zoom Streak 3 reminds us why stripped-back racing silhouettes are so appealing again, without having to guilt-trip us there through trivia.
ASICS Hypersync x Empty Behavior

Editor's Notes: Ballet-inspired details aren't usually something you'd expect on a performance runner, yet Empty Behavior somehow makes it feel completely natural. The ballet skirt-inspired, sculptural tongue instantly catches the eye, but it's the ratio between delicate design cues and ASICS' technical DNA that makes this collaboration stand out.
