Swedish sneaker retailer Sneakersnstuff is continuing its global expansion, announcing it will be opening a store in Tokyo in the near future. This follows the opening of a Los Angeles store and the SNS Bar in New York.

The announcement was made on the retailer’s Instagram account via a karaoke-style video with lyrics that revealed plans for the Tokyo store. Check it out below.

The lyrics read, “I’m so happy to finally tell you this / This is something that you cannot miss / I know it’s hard to believe what you hear / The opening of Sneakersnstuff Tokyo is near.”

The post's caption reads, “Longing for winter,” suggesting an opening toward the tail end of this year or early in 2020.

Sneakersnstuff was founded in 1999 by Erik Fagerlind and Peter Jansson. This will be the retailer’s first store in Asia, with other locations including Berlin, London, Paris, Stockholm, New York, and Los Angeles.
