Spotify is working on a new documentary series about the history of Cash Money Records. The four-part series is titled New Cash Order and it will narrate the label's history and accomplishments through a series of interviews and archive footage.

The streaming platform has also released a two-minute trailer featuring interview snippets with Cash Money Records co-founders (and brothers) Ronald "Slim" Williams and Bryan "Birdman" Williams. In the documentary, the Williams brothers discuss founding the label in 1991, the early days of Lil Wayne and Juvenile, signing their $30 million deal with Universal in ‘98, and managing groundbreaking acts such as Drake and Nicki Minaj.

Elsewhere, the docu-series will see appearances from current Cash Money artists such as Jacquees and Blueface. New Cash Order will be available to stream starting tomorrow, February 21, exclusively on Spotify.
