Editor’s Notes: Online retailer Très Bien is now stocking the latest collection from Sterling Ruby's brand S.R. STUDIO. LA. CA.

Starting at $800, this collection from the artist-turned-designer and former Raf Simons collaborator includes his signature paint-flecked designs across oversized shirts, hoodies, jeans, and a graphic sweater, plus two new styles of boots (first seen in white on Timothée Chalamet). The steep price points for the hand-dyed garments are indicative of Ruby's desire to transgress the boundaries between art and fashion.

When we spoke to the artist at Pitti Uomo for his debut show, he explained: “In many respects, outside of the logistics of putting together the collection and the garment, I don’t see it as any different to making a sculpture or painting."
