A24 looks to own the summer with a trio of movies that premiered at Sundance. One such picture that is on the way is Joe Talbot's The Last Black Man in San Francisco, which was met with rave reviews at the film festival.

The Last Black Man in San Francisco is Talbot's debut movie, starring Jimmie Fails as a man attempting to hold on to a sense of home in an ever-evolving San Francisco. Along with his best friend, Jimmie searches for belonging in the city, all while dreaming of reclaiming the Victorian home that his grandfather built.

Jonathan Majors, Rob Morgan, Tichina Arnold and Danny Glover also feature in the drama, which won the Sundance Best Director and Special Jury Awards.

The Last Black Man in San Francisco is due out in theaters on June 14.
