Key Pieces: Alongside the usual selection of graphic tees, Thumper's makes its first foray into cut-and-sew workwear. Interestingly, pants come complete with printed measuring lines on the inner legs of each pair, so if and when you decide to shorten them, you may do so evenly.

Editor’s Notes: Thumper's was originally based out of a Brooklyn motorcycle fabrication shop, manufacturing custom pieces and handmade parts for the motorcycle and bicycle community. Over time, the brand transitioned into the wearable goods market. Each collection draws on the community's music, motorcycle, weirdo and skateboard culture to deliver casual wear in the “spirit of strange.”

For its Spring/Summer 2019 collection, Thumper’s has drawn on vintage cuts and patterns. The pieces are made in Japan with the brand’s recognizable twist of colors and materials becoming evident throughout.

The graphics alone are a standout from this collection, reflecting a broad selection of aesthetic and cultural references. But ultimately it is its consistent emphasis on detail and technique that cements the brand’s workwear offering as a must-cop for the months ahead.
