UNUSED are masters of re-inventing casual wear and their long-sleeved Afghan print shirts from the SS19 collection are par for the course. Rendered in red and black, and black and white colorways, the relaxed fit shirts are available now at Coverchord for approximately $391 USD.

The Tokyo label designs garments according to the idea of “investigating new forms through the dismantling and removal of existing conceptual frameworks.” This traditional Keffiyeh style print dates back to the early 20th century, predominantly worn by Palestinian farmers as a head-scarf. Here, UNUSED has appropriated the print for a spring-ready casual look.

As with much of UNUSED's output, the shirts are designed for layering. Both are constructed of rayon and linen and feature a camp collar, a single chest pocket, adjustable sleeves, and side slits.
