The latest Vans Slip-On sneaker emerges with some sumptuous brown suede uppers embellished by embroidered patterns reminiscent of the intricately artful designs often seen on classic cowboy boots. Giddy up!

This is the classic Vans skate shoe gone rootin' tootin' cowboycore.

Again, it's a real shame the Cowboy Carter era has come to an end or at least that Vans is dropping its cowboy-flavored shoes just now.

That is, these Vans sneakers would've been perfect for the Bey-loving sneakerheads looking for something comfortable and easy but still very much on theme for the concert.

But for the fans looking to relive the magic days and months even after Cowboy Carter, Vans' Westernified Slip-On shoes will pair just fine with merch and Beyoncé's Levi's collaboration (the two dropped tees during the tour).

The funny thing is that, Beyoncé factor aside, Vans has actually hit on a real cultural vein with these here cowpoke shoes.

That's because these cowboy boot Slip-On sneakers (probably) accidentally tap into the painfully named and short-lived "Ya'llternative" trend that bubbled up on TikTok in early summer 2025. The Ya'llternative in question? Users would swap their checkerboard Vans Slip-On sneakers for a pair of equally laceless but much taller cowboy boots. Weird.

Don't try skating in your boots, though. Maybe the Slip-Ons aren't so bad for riding horses, though. If only they had a little heel for stirrups, or maybe some little spurs.
