Virgil Abloh graces GRIND magazine's latest issue sitting on a vintage 1996 Helmut Lang for Louis Vuitton record box, and as the new menswear creative director at Louis Vuitton, the elite French fashion house has just teased an upcoming variation of the classic LV record box/trunk from the esteemed designer.

Notably as part of Virgil Abloh's inaugural SS19 collection for Louis Vuitton, slated to kick off on Thursday, June 21 at Paris Fashion Week, the usual monogrammed variation of the trunk is now brandless, but instead flaunting a more understated approach with its entirety draped in black, and detailed with matching leather handles, matte metallic drawbolts, and a sturdy clasp.
