Editor’s Notes: Parisian label Avnier and outdoors specialist Salomon have teamed up once again, this time reworking the S/Lab XT-5 Softground sneaker. The project’s inspiration lies in the Marathon des Sables, with the color scheme a direct nod to the Saharan desert the 160 mile race is run in.
