Double Tap to Zoom

Hulk Hogan has reached a settlement in his $110 million sex tape lawsuit against Cox Radio DJs Mike “Cowhead” Calta and Matt “Spiceboy” Loyd, according to new court documents obtained by Bay News 9.

In 2007, a leaked sex tape surfaced, in which Hulk Hogan (real name Terry Bollea) was shown having sex with Bubba Clem’s wife Heather Clem. After circulating at the Cox Radio studios, the tape was published on Gawker's website.

This prompted Hogan to accuse Calta and Loyd of leaking the tape during a radio war with Bubba Clem. In 2016, Hogan won a $141 million lawsuit against Gawker, which paid $31 million and then went bankrupt.

Hogan then went after Calta and Loyd in an attempt to receive the other $110 million he was owed. New court documents reveal that all parties have reached a confidential settlement out of court. Loyd, his wife Tashan Carrega and lawyer Keith Davidson have also signed a stipulated permanent injunction, agreeing that they will not leak or possess the video.
