Nike's Smartly Dressed Jordan Sneaker Already Got the Job, No Interview Needed
Nike just took the "dress sneaker" craze to another level with its latest Air Jordan 1 Low, which wears a literal suit and tie.
We've seen dressy Air Jordan 1s, including some wearing the finest and most expensive looks ever to grace the signature line. But the newest low-top Jordan wears a legit suit, complete with a button-striped collar and a polka-dot tie stamped with a golden Jumpman charm.
The rest of the sneaker gets decked out in glossy black patent leather, which packs a stylish punch without detracting from the interview-ready design.
Honestly, forget the interview. This smart Jordan sneaker might get hired on the spot.
Funny enough, it's another Method of Make model. Nike's MM line features the brand's more luxe and adventurous Jordans, including puffed-up satin iterations and techy mesh pairs resembling Nike runners mashed with AJ1s.
The "Suit and Tie" Jordan 1 Low MM V3 is right at home then.
Speaking of which, the tie-toting sneakers are expected to release sometime this year on Nike's website. But (potential) bad news for the stateside sneakerheads, it's rumored to be an Asia-exclusive.
No worries, though. There's still time to call up your overseas friends or book that solo trip you've always dreamed of.
