Double Tap to Zoom

Berlin isn’t exactly a city full of morning people. Come 8am, most people remain firmly attached to their duvets, while others are on their way back from (or to) the club. And then there are those rare cases who are already dressed, caffeinated, and hitting the streets before most of the city has even opened its eyes.

Last weekend, a group of go-getters found themselves in the latter category, boarding an early-morning boat for a day with lululemon and Zalando to celebrate the launch of lululemon's new campaign and collection, Space to Feel. The morning began on the water, with the boat collecting guests from the city before heading towards Reetshaus, a hidden spot right on the banks of the Spree. There, everyone was greeted with energizing juices and refreshing morning drinks before yoga teacher and lululemon ambassador Bryony Kenndoff led an intention-setting session and meditation to get the group in the right headspace for what came next.

By the time the boat arrived at Reetshaus, Berlin had already started to feel very far away. Surrounded by nature, guests were welcomed with tea, pastries by Sofi Bakery and granola and bites sourced locally by Reetshaus. Afterwards, Bryony led an intimate VIP yoga class in the venue’s auditorium space, the first movement session in a day full of intentional classes and activities.

As the day unfolded, the event opened its doors to the public. In a separate studio space, guests could participate in two yoga classes led by Bryony and fellow lululemon ambassador Maddy Morrison, as well as a Pilates class with Elvira Rumetshofer, welcoming around 130 guests throughout the day.

Meanwhile, the auditorium that had hosted the morning's VIP session underwent a radical transformation into a dedicated sanctuary where guests could unwind after their classes in an immersive sound experience. Here, they were able to connect with the very values behind the Space to Feel collection: relaxation, purpose, healing. Between sessions, guests lounged outdoors, sipped tea-infused refreshments, explored the collection and got their name engraved onto lululemon water bottles. Outside, DJ Matt Mendo kept things on the zen flow with a low-key vinyl set, providing a soundtrack for the entire day.

By the end of the afternoon, nobody seemed really eager to head back to the city, and who can blame them? With Space to Feel, lululemon gave these locked-in Berliners just that: a way to decompress from everyday life and really let their emotions flow.
