The early 2000s were a seriously good time for sneakers. Nike was on a generational run, cranking out future classics left, right, and center.

Hitting shelves between 2000 and 2001 was the Nike Air Superfly: a lightweight runner that felt incredibly futuristic for the time, thanks in no small part to its metallic colorways. In 2026, the Nike Air Superfly Treeline shows that the silhouette looks great with a natural edge, too.

Since its revival in 2025, the Nike Air Superfly has become one of the foremost lifestyle sneakers at Nike and for good reason. The lightweight silhouette feels both sporty and, in a way, avant-garde.

The signature split-toe design is timelessly impressive, giving the shoe a distinctive silhouette that adds a head-turning final note to any outfit. Plus, in the last year, the Superfly has been treated to a number of incredible new colorways that only elevate its profile.

From understated hits to bold chrome renditions, and now something much more natural. The Nike Air Superfly Treeline stands out from its peers, eschewing futuristic, clean palettes for something more neutral but no less attractive.

Built atop a Treeline green sole unit, the show takes a slightly muted angle on earth tones. The upper combines two tones of brown leather and suede to set the backdrop for our favorite detail.

At the heel, the signature Swoosh is delivered in Team Red which pops against the organic mixture of colors surrounding it. While there’s no way to remove the supremely sporty character of the Superfly, this neutral color palette offers a new angle from which to view it.
