Rex Orange County is back to bursting our hearts with the arrival of his new single "New House." This wholesome track follows his charming one-off from 2017, "Loving Is Easy." The British singer-songwriter expressed his gratitude in a heartfelt note that he posted on Instagram.

"I want to say thank you to everyone that is here for me now and to those who are still here from before," he said in a statement. "Life is weird and it seems like everyone has a difficult time in one way or another. The greatest things always seem to come with a level of confusion that makes it easy to question whether anything matters… With that being said, I must confirm that I still love doing this and that I’m beyond grateful for all the support I’ve been shown. Life is good. I’m happier today than I was for the majority of last year. Thea is my valentine… And whether you’re in love today or not, this one is for you, from me."

Last year, Rex Orange County stayed busy on the road with a North American headlining tour and made his television debut on The Tonight Show. He also performed at collaborator Tyler, the Creator's annual Camp Flog Gnaw festival. Additionally, he hopped on Peter CottonTale's song “Forever Always” alongside Chance the Rapper and Daniel Caesar. While you wait for the long-awaited follow-up to Apricot Princess, stream his latest love song above.
