Nike’s Casually Cool Sneaker Grew Tough Skin
Nike and Cordura's relationship is almost as strong as the high-performance, high-strength military fabric itself. The brands have worked very closely this season, dropping several ruggedized Nike shoes, including Zoom Vomero 5 sneakers.
Actually, Nike has cooked up quite a few Cordura Vomeros, each as military-tough as it is stylish. Translation: the colorways have been just as good as the ruggedization itself.
The latest pair lands in "Light Orewood Brown," which features a mix of cream-white, beige, and grey shades. It's paired with the famous Cordura fabric and the Vomero's usual techy touches, resulting in a clean, highly durable version of the dadcore sneaker.
It's literally a Cordura party happening at Nike right now, with the label rolling out several sneakers featuring the tear-resistant material. We've seen P-6000s, Air Max Moto 2K, and Air Max Plus shoes, all dressed in these nice earthy colorways to match the utilitarian vibe.
The new Cordura Zoom Vomero 5 "Light Orewood Brown" sneakers are now available on Nike Indonesia's website for Rp 2.849.000, or around $157.
